I am based in the Derbyshire Peak District, however currently offer online sessions via telephone or video call via psychology today; a secure video call platform developed for Healthcare professionals. For more information on the days I am available, please contact me.

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation. I then charge £55 per 50-minute session. Discounts are available to those struggling financially, however these slots are limited.

Please contact me to discuss your needs and to arrange a consultation or initial session. The initial session is aimed at understanding what brought you to therapy, and to discuss how we can work together. It is also an opportunity for you to decide if therapy with me is right for you.
